If you would like to plan your own day but think you'll need some guidance along the way to navigate the many different themes and choices you face in this exciting time, then this package is for you. This package includes:

~ Initial meeting to discuss your wedding vision, budget & overall style
~ Unlimited contact via phone & email
~ Wedding design & style development
~ Develop and manage the budget & prioritize wedding elements
~ Etiquette Guidance
~ 4 Vendor referrals based on specific needs
~ Provide list of questions for vendor appointments
~ Provide checklists to follow throughout the planning process
~ Final meeting to go over last minute details & tie up any loose ends
~ Develop the Wedding Day itinerary

Wedding Day Coordination
If you wish to plan your wedding yourself but would like to free your mind from worry about things running smoothly on your long-awaited day, this package will meet your needs. Relax and enjoy the happiest day of your life while I oversee and coordinate the events of the day. This package includes:

~ Initial meeting approximately 3 – 6 weeks before the wedding to review vendor contracts, details, visit the ceremony & reception locations and begin a wedding day timeline
~ Confirmation with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding date
~ Conduct ceremony rehearsal up to 2 hours
~ One coordinator on the wedding day for up to 10 hours
~ Assist bride, groom & wedding party
~ Orchestrate set up of ceremony & reception locations including linens, rentals, favors, place cards, table cards, guestbook etc.
~ Act as a liaison between the wedding party & vendors
~ Provide itineraries, "day of" checklists and reminders
~ Oversee & manage the ceremony & reception (assist bridal party, direct guests as needed, review the timeline with the vendors etc.)
~ Distribute tossing items & line up guests
~ Distribute final payments (if requested)
~ Wedding Day Emergency Kit (If you feel a headache coming on or the hem on your dress needs some fixing, we've got you covered for virtually any mishap that may arise)

A La Carte -
Hourly Consulting (2 hour minimum)
Hourly consulting is available for the couple needing assistance with specific elements of their wedding but not a complete planning package such as etiquette guidance, budget management, rehearsal dinner advisement, wedding style or other small details.

Other wedding events (Call for pricing)
We can assist you with any and all elements for other wedding related events including engagement parties, bridal showers, bridesmaid luncheons, rehearsal dinners and post wedding brunches.

Event Design (Call for pricing)
If you need help with the creative aspect of your event including color schemes, themes and the overall décor, we can advise you on how to pull all the details together for an event that flows flawlessly.

Custom Designs (Call for pricing)
Custom designs are a great way to give your wedding a unique and personalized touch. Custom designs can be suited to any theme and include invitations, programs, menus, table cards & tents, personalized carved pumpkins (carved with your names, initials or a design) and more.
